Reward and Recognition

When managed effectively, reward and recognition can encourage effective collaboration and multidisciplinary practice. The W21C has identified several methods to enhance reward and recognition.
  • Monthly W21C Seminar Series and bi-annual W21C Forums help recognize researchers and clinicians who contribute their expertise to strengthen the Inititiative.
  • Lunch and Learns are held on Unit 36 to engage clinicians in research projects.
  • Rewards and incentives are provided to acknowledge participants' time to support research projects on the W21C.
  • Draws and prizes are regularly coordinated to recognize clinicians’ efforts to support research and technology projects on Unit 36.
  • Our research community celebrates professional successes through various W21C communication activities and materials.
  • We are also developing a W21C Point System to record and recognize the contribution of our valued supporters.
