2021 Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference

The annual Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference (DIRC), an initiative of ARC in collaboration with the NYU Office of Global Inclusion, is returning for its fourth year from November 17 to 19, 2021. The goal of this unique event is to foster increased collaboration between researchers and practitioners in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) as well as to establish D&I Research as a field of academic and applied study.

DIRC21 builds on the success of prior DIRC events to present a range of relevant topics through TED-style talks and multidisciplinary panels. Rather than trying to imitate the in-person experience, this virtual conference will make full use of digital technology to create unique experiences that would not be possible for an in-person event, including a mixture of live and asynchronous sessions, virtual Q&A sessions, and various D&I related experiences.
