Town Hall presented by the Centre for Health Policy

Join us at 6:30 pm on May 2nd, 2023 at the Central Public Library for a Town Hall presented by the Centre for Health Policy – Alberta 2023: Health System Challenges and Opportunities. We will be joined by an esteemed panel of experts to discuss health system challenges facing Albertans and potential solutions. Topics to be discussed include:

  • Access and quality of health care in rural and remote Alberta – Dr. Aaron Johnston, MD
  • Options to improve senior care – Dr. Jayna Holroyd-Leduc, MD
  • Primary care reform- Dr. Kerry McBrien, MD
  • Youth mental health – Dr. Paul Arnold, MD, PhD
  • The future of Alberta Health Services – Dr. Tom Noseworthy, MD

The event will be moderated by Ken Lima-Coelho, President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary. Our experts will provide brief presentations, followed by questions from the audience and panel discussion. We encourage members of the public to attend and ask questions.
