GLOBE-HaH - Global Lexicon for Organizing and Bridging Exchange in Hospital at Home

The GLOBE-HaH Tool is a global initiative designed to define, compare, and analyze Hospital at Home (HaH) programs. It was collaboratively developed for HaH programs that provide acute hospital-level substitutive care at home, as defined by WHAHC 2023.
This tool is still in development, and we invite you to test it and share your feedback. It serves two key purposes:
- Standardizing the description of HaH programs using commonly understood terminology to improve clarity, consistency, and comparability in research, healthcare leadership discussions, and policy development.
- Providing a downloadable PDF summary of your HaH program, which can be used for internal reference, publication annexes, or sharing with others using internationally recognized terminology
