Jessica holds a BA Psychology from the University of Calgary. Her undergraduate thesis examined the association between children with ADHD and insecure attachment styles. Prior to W21C, Jessica worked as a research coordinator for the Strengths in ADHD Lab at the University of Calgary, as well as a research assistant with the Faculty of Nursing. Research interests include cognition and emotion, inter- and intrapersonal influences on health, and creating inclusive environments and systems to support illness treatment. Outside of work, Jess enjoys doing yoga, cycling, and all things music, including piano and guitar. Recent artistic ventures include learning macramé, tufting and pottery.
