Priye is a medical doctor with extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare. She graduated from the University of Seychelles-American Institute of Medicine and has since been actively involved in HIV/AIDs prevention and treatment, prevention of non-communicable diseases, and public health programs centred on TB, Malaria, NTDs, STDs and Sickle cell disease in West Africa. She became involved in Clinical Research as a resident Doctor and participated in various HIV and COVID-19 research in Nigeria where she worked as a Research Coordinator. She also practiced as a family physician before she relocated to Canada in 2022. Before joining W21C, she obtained a post-graduate diploma from the International Clinical Research Academy in Montreal. She also holds a Master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies from the University of Port Harcourt. When Priye’s not working, she’s reading novels, listening to music, travelling and spending time with her family.
