Rachel is a Biomedical Engineering student working towards a Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Waterloo.  She is currently on a co-op term and is excited to be working at W21C where she will support a variety of Human Factors projects. Primarily, she is focusing on the Hand Hygiene project which aims to encourage, support and monitor hand hygiene compliance. In previous work terms, Rachel has explored a variety of other areas within healthcare and other industries including artificial intelligence, wearable technology and pipeline regulation. When she is not at work or in class, Rachel enjoys reading, travelling, swimming and running.
