This presentation will provide an introduction to the re-structured National Research Counci (NRC) and the Industrial Research Assistance Program’s (IRAP) role within the organization. The presentation will cover the IRAP mandate and mission, program delivery, when IRAP support can be most effective, where IRAP locations are, who IRAP support, and the types of support IRAP provides.

1. Overview of the new NRC and its structure, and how it can be accessed.

2. How NRC and IRAP can be useful to W21C and its partners and clients.

3. How W21C can be connected with small/medium size companies in healthcare.

4. Exposure of W21C and its partner’s activities to NRC and IRAP.
