Greg Thompson, Co-Founder of C4C (Catalyst 4 Care), has an impressive tenure of experience in medical device sales and business development in both North American and UK markets. Greg gained experience through working for leading multinational companies such as Smith & Nephew, Philips, Skytron and Hologic. He has also worked in smaller family-owned distribution businesses and worked as an independent agent, which has rounded out his experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Greg has launched multiple first-of-kind products into the OR, ICU, DI, Interventional and LTC spaces and has built tremendous acumen around successful product launches. Additionally, Greg has negotiated numerous multi-million-dollar strategic contracts, including new hospital builds, redevelopment projects and capital replacement, which have spanned from individual accounts to significant national accounts. It is this collective commercial background that led to the inception of C4C. Recognizing a gap in the commercialization phase of new medical device companies’ capabilities, he seeks to share his experience and knowledge to help expedite sales. Greg is sincerely passionate about the Alberta economy and wants to be integrally involved in the commercial success of Alberta and Canadian based medical device companies.
