Nicola is an experienced administrator, certified English language teacher, and educational program coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sheffield, UK, and has spent time working in the UK, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Vietnam. Prior to moving to Canada, Nicola was managing undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Nicola oversees the day-to-day operations of W21C and supports the communications and operations teams. She is responsible for W21C project billing and is the first point of contact for financial queries. Nicola works with Dr. Scott Kraft, MD, in co-leading the SPARK at the University of Calgary program, an initiative supporting the development of digital health innovations within the university.
