Salwa holds a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Pakistan and an MSc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Calgary. She is passionate about enhancing patient lives through innovative medical devices. She has worked on projects dealing with blood flow modeling, 3D printing, 3D modelling, and equipment validation. Additionally, Salwa is a seasoned Business Analyst, having worked on diverse projects, including industrial irrigation equipment, mobile app design, asset management for school districts, and commercial website management. Outside of work, Salwa expresses her creativity through resin art, enjoys strategic board games with her kids, goes on hikes, explores art galleries, and indulges in a love for music. She also serves as a dedicated career coach, helping individuals transition into the Canadian job market.
