The 2018 Research Challenge Forum will celebrate the achievements of our first 12 AHS Research Challenge teams! The AHS Research Challenge is an innovative initiative designed to increase knowledge and skills for practice-based research among frontline care providers. Over the last 18 months, with the guidance of a research mentor, these 12 teams of frontline care providers have conducted a small-scale study that investigates a clinical or research question of their choosing. Join us to hear about their journey and the contributions their work will make to improving patient care in AHS.

The Forum will:

• Highlight the research conducted by frontline staff
• Facilitate networking and knowledge exchange between the teams, cohorts, and invited guests
• Explore opportunities for follow-up and partnership to continue to build research capacity in AHS
